Are any purchases final sale?
Returns & Exchanges: All sales are final, as most garments are handmade. Allowed within 7 days for the same item in a different size/color (unworn, unwashed, tags attached). If unavailable, store credit will be issued. Customers cover return shipping; we cover the cost of sending the replacement. Contact us immediately for a replacement or store credit. Email xtramed1um00@gmail.com with your order number to request an exchange.
When will I get my order?
Orders typically arrive in 2–3 weeks from the time you place them. This includes processing, production, and shipping. You’ll receive a tracking email once your order ships.
Where are your products manufactured?
All of our pattern drafting, fabric sourcing, and sewing are proudly done in Toronto, Canada.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase. Free shipping is applied to all orders of $200+.
